Welcome back Senpai!! On Saturday September 8th, from 3:30-9:00 Class begins! Chou Anime will convert into school themed cafe filled with Moe wonder! Can't be there? The cafe will be school themed for the entire week with main events happening on Saturday the 8th!
Cosplayer and Rapper extraordinaire Fanservice Renji will be here as a special guest!!
You don't have to cosplay, but if you plan on coming in cosplay we ask you keep you costume appropriate(weapons wise)

COSPLAY CONTEST
A school themed cosplay contest! Have a cosplay already? Make some minor alterations to it to make it school themed. We will also be asking contestants questions and whoever best represents their character's personality the best in their answers wins! Prizes!

We had a great time at JAFAX last weekend! Thanks guys. We saw some great cosplayers. Sebastian was a cutie and we saw at least 3 Edward Elrics!
NOTE: Chou Anime Cafe will be closed so that our maids can celebrate with their families for 4th of July. Please stay hydrated as it will stay extremely hot these next few weeks. We have quite a few varieties of Ramune!
We will be open to the public on Saturday, June 16th! We're not completely finished with the inside but we want to make it available to you NOW! ^_^ We're so excited and we know you are too.
What to expect:
*It is a retail space featuring anime merchandise just like at an anime convention. We've got tons of cool bags, cosplay accessories and Nekomimi.
*We will offer Pocky, Ramune, and Calpico beverages.
*We will also feature fresh salad, wraps and Cold beverages.
Waitresses will be on duty but not offering the full service. They will greet you at the door, welcome you and help you find your items.
Our full cafe service will begin in the middle of the summer.
We've been doing a bunch of conventions this month. We had a great time at Animarathon in Bowling Green, Ohio. We'll be traveling to Appleton, Wisconsin next weekend. We're looking forward to their second year(its our second year there too!). 
We'll slow down a bit after that and start to do more in May/June.
Until then, we'll finally be starting construction soon and see some real changes in the space. In the meantime, we may start to do some "Pop-up Events" in the Detroit area. Look for details for that soon.
